3-Day Maasai Mara Budget Safari – Group Tour

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

• Departure Time: 07:00 AM

• Distance: Approx. 270 km | 5–6 hours by road

Activities:

• Early morning pick-up from your hotel or meeting point in Nairobi.

• Drive via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint (scenic photo stop).

• Arrive at budget tented camp near Maasai Mara for hot lunch.

• Afternoon game drive (around 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM) inside the reserve.

• Spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and hopefully big cats.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Accommodation: Budget tented camp with permanent tents (shared bathroom or en-suite, depending on camp)

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

Activities:

• After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with packed picnic lunch.

• Explore vast open plains and riverine forests.

• Track the Big Five and possibly witness predator-prey interactions.

• Visit the Mara River to see hippos, crocodiles, and migration crossing sites (seasonal: July–October).

• Optional Maasai village visit in the evening ($ extra).

Accommodation: Same budget tented camp

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

• Departure Time: 06:30 AM

• Distance: Approx. 270 km | 5–6 hours

Activities:

• Optional early morning game drive (included) to catch predators before sunrise.

• Return to camp for breakfast and check-out.

• Drive back to Nairobi, arriving around 3–4 PM.

• Drop-off at your hotel or airport.

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Accommodation: Not included (end of tour)

• Transport in a shared safari van with pop-up roof (upgrade to 4×4 optional)
