Your migration adventure begins as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You'll be met by our team and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take time to relax and prepare for the days ahead, with an evening briefing about the upcoming journey.
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head to the Serengeti National Park. As you drive through the open savannah, you’ll see endless plains dotted with wildlife. Arriving in time for lunch, spend the afternoon on a game drive, searching for lions, cheetahs, and other predators. Your camp or lodge is strategically located to give you prime access to the migration routes.
Spend the entire day exploring the vast Serengeti. The focus will be on finding the herds of wildebeest and zebras, as they make their way across the plains. With your guide’s expertise, you will track their movement and possibly witness dramatic river crossings, where the animals brave crocodile-filled waters. The day is filled with photo opportunities and unforgettable moments.
After breakfast, embark on a final morning game drive in the Serengeti. You’ll then proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. On the way, stop at Olduvai Gorge, where the remains of early humans were discovered. Upon reaching your lodge near the crater rim, enjoy panoramic views as the sun sets over this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Begin the day with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. The crater is a haven for wildlife, and you’ll have the chance to see elephants, lions, and the rare black rhino in their natural habitat. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and return to Arusha in the afternoon, where you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure.
