Destinations: Hell’s Gate – Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara

Day 1: Arusha (Tanzania) – Lake Naivasha & Hell’s Gate National Park (Kenya)

• Departure Time: 06:30 AM

• Distance: Approx. 300 km | Drive: 6–7 hours (via Namanga border)

Activities:

• Depart from Arusha early and drive to the Namanga border for immigration clearance.

• Continue to Lake Naivasha with lunch en route.

• Afternoon visit to Hell’s Gate National Park:

  • Optional biking or walking safari through the gorge.

  • Enjoy views of rock formations, geysers, and wildlife like zebras and gazelles.

• Optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha in the evening.

Accommodation: Lodge or tented camp near Lake Naivasha

Day 2: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

• Departure Time: 08:00 AM

• Distance: Approx. 80 km | Drive: 1.5–2 hours

Activities:

• After breakfast, short scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.

• Enjoy a game drive in the park known for:

  • Flamingos (seasonal), white and black rhinos, buffalo, and leopards.

• Visit Baboon Cliff for panoramic lake views.

• Evening relaxation at the lodge.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

• Departure Time: 07:30 AM

• Distance: Approx. 300 km | Drive: 5–6 hours

Activities:

• Early breakfast and checkout.

• Drive to Maasai Mara via Narok town.

• Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp.

• Afternoon game drive to begin wildlife spotting: lions, elephants, antelope, and more.

Accommodation: Lodge or tented camp in Maasai Mara

Day 4: Full Day in Maasai Mara National Reserve

Activities:

• Full-day game drive across the plains with picnic lunch.

• Explore the Mara River (migration route, crocs & hippos).

• Chance to see Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes.

• Optional Maasai village visit in the evening.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Accommodation: Same lodge/camp in Maasai Mara

Day 5: More Game Drives in Maasai Mara

Activities:

• Morning and afternoon game drives OR

• Optional hot air balloon safari ($ extra, pre-booking required).

• Time for photos, wildlife observation, and relaxation.

Accommodation: Same lodge/camp in Maasai Mara

Day 6: Maasai Mara – Nairobi – Arusha (or End in Nairobi)

• Departure Time: 06:30 AM

• Distance to Nairobi: 270 km | 5–6 hours

• Distance to Arusha: 500 km | 9–10 hours

Activities:

• Optional early morning game drive (if desired).

• Breakfast, then depart for Nairobi.

• Lunch in Nairobi.

• Continue to Arusha or drop-off in Nairobi depending on travel plans.

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Accommodation: Not included (end of safari)
